Send details about the page and browser you used. Never attach a private image unless you are comfortable sharing it by email.
support@resize-img.comInclude the tool name, device, browser, source format, approximate file size and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of an error is useful; the original image is usually not required.
Product and accessibility feedback
Report controls that are difficult to understand, keyboard problems, unreadable text, unexpected downloads or a result that does not match the explanation on the page. ResizeImg uses this feedback to improve both the tool and its supporting guide.
Privacy and advertising questions
For privacy questions, mention your country and the page involved, but do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive images. Advertising concerns should include the page URL and a description of the placement; ResizeImg cannot identify an individual advertiser from a description alone.
